Circular for External Examination – Classes I to IV
Sub: Silver Zone Olympiad- IOEL, SKGK, IOM, IOS
Dear Parents,
We are happy to inform you that our school is conducting competitive exams organized by Silver Zone Foundation for all the students of TSPS for the academic year 2019-2020.
We have taken this initiative to create an opportunity to students from different backgrounds to compete and climb the various levels of competitive exams in the International level. Also, these Olympiads develop a greater competitive spirit, better assessment and exploration of potential among students.
The analysis of the performance is done at individual student level, class and school level. Outstanding performers are identified based on merit and given recognition in the form of Certificates, Medals, Trophies, and Prizes
Silver Zone Olympiad
- The Silver Zone Foundation is a registered, Non-Government Organization (NGO) which aims in promoting competitive awareness of academics in school children in India and abroad. It creates a platform for students from all the ways of life to appear in various levels of Competitive exams in the National/International level.
- These tests are administered only once a year.
- These tests do not require any preparation; however books based on previous Olympiad papers are available in the silver zone foundation website (https://www.silverzone.org). The school will arrange for the books from the organization. The examination fees and the dates are mentioned below.
- They are based on grade – level subject matter.
- The format is objective type where the students must choose the correct answer from choices given.
- These Olympiads are optional and will totally be by the choice of the child and the parent.
- The child can appear for any one subject or all.

- The test will be conducted in the school.
- The registration fee is Qr.50/ per student per Examination to be paid by the parent.
School’s Role
- The school will be a link between the organization and the children.
- The school will not take up any extra classes or practice for the test. It will be the responsibility of the parents to prepare the child for the test, if you feel the need.
- The test will be conducted in the school. However, the timing will be from 2.30 pm – 4:30pm (after school hours)
- Transport will not be available. Parents need to make arrangement to pick your child after the test.

- Parents, who are interested, please fill the attached consent form and submit it to the class teacher latest by 7th November 2019.
- The payment should be done only in cash.
- No forms or fees will be accepted after 7th November.
